Description: the Kami Fuuin is an 8 star sealing technique. It helps to seal of demonic chakra from a Jinchuuriki stopping them from accessing their hosts chakra. The seal will remain over the top of the Jinchuuriki's seal. it won't affect them it will only affect their demon letting a small amount of demonic chakra at genin level into the jinchuuriki's body to keep them alive. It can also be used to seal away bloodlines.

It does not state mention it their. You should at least allow Jounin to have a maximum of 1 or 2 beginning S -ranks.

Also that technique i wans't sure to put is at S or A

I'd say its about an S rank also i'll allow one S rank

BTW did you read the jutsu requirements for learning?

Yes i did. But like i said if 1 s-rank ill be using the sealing s-rank as known technique and ill learn my other S-rank.

Ah yes i believe it is. I will spend them but i won't be training it just yet. Ill start training it when i get enough points to learn the Tetsu Boruto Fuuin .
