Personality: Mearii is very gentle and kind to others, but determined to make herself stronger. She goes out of her way to help others, but if she needs to worry about herself, she'll most likely look out for only herself instead of the others. She can be bitter at times, depending on the time of the year.

Appearance: A picture would be preferred, but if you do not have one, just give a detailed description of all aspects of their physical appearance, clothing, etc.

History: Your characters history. Jounin must be a few paragraphs, village leaders must have an extensive one, detailing the creation of the village, and Genin have no required length, as they are just out of the academy. But anything not listed in your history did not happen.

List all jutsu here however you'd like, so long as it is easy to tell the difference between where one jutsu ends and another begins. You can add your jutsu into your profile as you apply, or wait for the character to be approved and do jutsu later. If you add them here, your jutsu will be judged before your character is accepted, which may delay the process a small degree if there are any issues with it.

Jounin and Kage will not be allowed to possess overly powerful bloodline limits, if any at all. This is to prevent things from getting out of hand as the site populates and the Jounin no longer need to be permanently stuck down with teams and are free to do as they please.

For those making Genin, it is important to remember - Your character will have JUST graduated from the Academy. You will not have water walking or basic skills that are taught by Jounin Sensei. You will NOT have a lot of jutsu, and will have to learn and develop your skills. You can easily have no jutsu, and learn everything from your Sensei, or have already learned the basic skills of your clan, such of the sort. A maximum of three jutsu for starting out as Genin, no exceptions.

All Academy level jutsu (Kawarimi, Bunshin, Henge, Shunshin, Rope Binding, etc.) are automatically known. So you do not need to list those.
