| Personal Information Name: Aoi Ozanaru Age: 26 Gender: Female Relatives: Her brother is dead, both parents are as well. Personality: She is a very serious, yet also has a strong sarcastic side to her. She likes to harass her equals and subordinates often, defiantly those she does not respect. She is very loyal to the village, being the brother to the founder of the village. She is very barbaric and bloodthirsty; she loves to fight and thinks that only the strong will survive in the world of the Shinobi. She believes in the survival of the fittest, and can sometimes put that to the test. She has been known to make two Shinobi fight to the death for a position or if they get into an argument. Her take on killing and murder is that if the person killed deserved it, then punishment should be nil. Though she believes that if you are weak enough to die, that you are pathetic, but she still will punish the guilty for killing an innocent, usually. To those who know her though she is very relaxed and casual. She can hang around and talk about numerous things all day long. She is very laid back with his friends and will allow them some expenses in how they treat her, even forgiving them for disrespecting her or threatening her. She would die for the village and her friends, though she thinks that no one should be weak in the village or they are the reason for the village’s destruction if they are attacked; this explains why she is so barbaric in both the academy and to the Genin and so forth. She is very wild at times, not having a husband or lover of her own she often is seen fooling around with other men in the village randomly, usually people she knows. Appearance: - Spoiler:

Twenty five years in the past is where this story starts. The story of a large group of people that traveled the violent lands of the known world; war ravaged and starved they looked to one man for guidance. Yin Ozanaru was this man. He had a small child of one year old, a little girl, and a son at the age of six. They survived hundred of attacks thanks to this man, who was one of the most accomplished Ninja in the known world.
It was Twenty two years ago that the formation of a Ninja village met his ears. At first he was to join this village, but it was a fruitless endeavor considering how hostile the ninja village was. The group of people he led around had now reached two hundred strong, half of them ninja. He led them to the edge of the continent, and then across the sea on a jutsu he created that let them all walk on water. Weeks went by as they finally came to a large island and began to settle down. It was far from the war ravaged main lands. That would not be the end of their troubles though.
Two years later they began to form a town, nothing much, but it was enough to defend themselves if they needed. Neo, Aoi’s brother was now eleven and learning the arts of the ninja. Aoi herself was six and was also learning the arts, though not as fast as her brother. It was at this age that her father had to seal her arms; their immediate family had a genetic disorder that gave them demonic arms when they reached the age of six. This was easily sealed away with a sealing jutsu.
A dark night though sounded the end of the peaceful village. Hundred of Ninja bandits converged on the settlement, they arrived on large boats. The leader of the village fought for his life, but died defending a group of children. Neo though fought with all his might, and picked up his father’s sword in anger. The village was saved, though the losses where many. After this they began to build walls, and people began to look to the twelve year old Neo for guidance. The town became a village, and Neo at the age of sixteen became the first Mizukage of the Hidden Mist Village. T
hey fought off countless assaults effortlessly, and soon the village became known for its powerful and merciless defenders. Neo created a group of swordsmen as well and began to use them for work outside the village, as he decided he should keep the bulk of his Shinobi in the village to protect from countless raids.
Money began to flow into the village as well due to the control of the seas. Almost overnight the village flourished and the walls grew high. Thousands of Shinobi littered the city, all bred through the most harsh training ever used on a Shinobi. Neo was twenty nine when the attacks started.
Aoi was a very prominent Shinobi, and was hailed as the most skilled swordsmen and Ninjutsu artist due to her prowess in making a jutsu for unlocking the seals of her demonic arms and using them in battle. She was twenty when she joined the Swordsmen clan, though she was only six when she killed her first foe, during the attack that ended her father’s life. She became both respected and feared. Even her brother would listen to her thoughts, though her respect for him was immense.
She was twenty four when the attacks started on her brother. A group of assassin Shinobi assaulted the village, and somehow got over the gate despite the ten that died trying to enter. Two assassins hid in the village for two years, killed and took disguises, hid in the shadows. It was when they got their chance to kill Neo that they took it. The Kage of the Hidden Mist village never saw it coming; he was sleeping at the time. Aoi was twenty-six years old, and she heard the scream from her room where she was awake. She grabbed her sword and rushed in, one swing and two killed, she murdered both within a second and then looked down at the bloody body of her brother.
She became Mizukage then, the ten elder’s of the village who where her father’s closest friends decided upon it. She accepted bitterly, only wishing she knew what village would have done such a thing as kill her brother, if it was another village. She heightened the defenses and began to make the training more intense for the Genin; she swore that her village would become the most powerful in the entire world. This was only two months ago, she is still a new Kage yet she is very powerful and a strong leader, and she is not one to hide behind the curtains. She goes out and helps train her Shinobi, she will fight in the battles to help the odds. She is only twenty-six, she is not even in her prime yet.

It makes it completely indestructible. It will never rust, and it will never be able to break. It is also uncannily sharp, the jagged edges on one side and the straight blade on the other. Hidden Mist Technique

Type: Ninjutsu
Description: This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it. Though it can't fool the Byakugan, against the Sharingan it is a most effective technique. Due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dÅjutsu.
Water Clone Technique

Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.
Water Prison Technique

Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Even so, the target is still able to speak.
Water Release: Burdock Root Eating Sharks

Description: The user slashes a body of water, creating a pillar of water that launches the enemy into the air. She then releases five water sharks that attack the enemy until one devours them before imploding, launching the enemy into the air. The remaining water sharks surround the enemy and force them under water where they implode in on the enemy. It is known that if the sharks are damaged, they can regenerate themselves, unless completely destroyed.
Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Type: Ninjutsu
Description: After spitting out a great volume of water from one's mouth, the enemy is swallowed up by this advancing surge and crushed. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks, the amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. Afterwords, the excess water can be used for additional water release jutsu.
Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks

Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of ferocious sharks. The five sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with five consecutive attacks.

Description: A stronger version of the Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave, The user spits out a large amount of water and covers a entire area, with massive waves crushing the opponents. They then form the water into a giant orb, rather than let it flow out like the jutsu's weaker version.

Description: Takes the form of a giant, powerful dragon, created out of water. This jutsu needs forty-four hand seals to activate. Another drawback to the technique is that it requires the user to be near a large body of water to complete the technique.

Description: This jutsu creates an orb of water from which many sharp whips of water emerge that can be directed towards and impale a target or multiple targets.

Description: As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it is almost impossible to defend against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away.
Hundred Blade Assassination

Type: Taijutsu & Ninjutsu
Description: A special seal on her blade is unlocked. Her blade duplicates itself ninety nine times and floats in the air around her. It is very hard to move the blades from a set trajectory, taking tons of Chakra to do such a thing. She sends all of the blades flying towards her opponent or around her opponent, and she runs right behind them with her blade, her eyes locked on her target's chest, her sword will then be sent through her victim's heart. The hundred of swords can be used to create a detraction, hold her opponent down, or even kill her opponents if they are not fast enough. She usually funnels them so that her opponent wont be able to escape.
