Personality: The Umouji Clan is known for its bond with the rats. Ironically, ''rat'' is what best describes Daun. A selfish, greedy little rascal with few friends and little urge to make them. Daun is often described as an unpleasant child to both see as well as interact with. His high-pitched, squeeking voice brings forth lies without any regret. He flatters or insults, whichever one suits him best at the moment.

Daun's most odd trait however is his abnormal hoarding behavour. He seems to have an inresistable urge to collect things. This goes further than just money or valuables. He collects all sorts of random objects he comes across, such as leaves, crown korks, skulls, forehead protectors, or earth samples. To give in to this urge, nasty little Daun does not hesitate to resort to theft. This however causes him to be, unrightfully, labled as a kleptomaniac.

All in all, Daun is not a dumb little man. Though he acts only out of self interest, many label him as a brute or coward. Daun however simply does what is best for himself, which has no connections with his intelligence. Daun, in fact, is quite skilled at tricking and analysing opponents. He can easily formulate plans or locate weak spots. His own main weak spot is his unability to resist his hoarding urge. He is willing to go quite far to obtain something he wants, which often gets him into trouble.

Appearance: Daun is not very handsome, nor does he look very strong. In fact however, his built makes him exceptionally suitable for quick combat and stealthy missions, the things he expertizes in. Only about 5 feet tall, Daun may be considered among the smaller of Konoha's Genin. Though some people regard him as chubby, and he is indeed rather ''wide'', it is not really fat that fills his posture. Daun has a somewhat strange built, yet does posess the muscle one would expect from a Genin using Kenjutsu like he does. For someone appearing has chubby as he does, Daun posesses very suprising speed and agility.

Daun's face is best described as rat-like. This is not just because of the self-confident smirk on his face, but also because of his parmanently visible front teeth and small, pointy nose. Like a rat's, Daun's eyes are small and beady. They usually hold a deep green color but, when his Naibugan is activated, show practically only black pupil. Daun's hair is usually unwashed and uncombed, pointing everywhere and covering some upper parts of his face. It appears to be quite dark brown but would, when washed, prove to be actually hazel of color.

Daun's outfit is quite simple. He wears a pitch black stretchsuit which cover his whole body from his ankles, up to his wrists, up to his neck. Having no patterns or decorations, this makes the Genin look like a dark blur from a distance and allows him to move stealthily in dark locations. His forehead protector is strapped to his right bicep and his ninja pouch, containing his tools and weaponry, was tied to his right thigh. Both his thighs also carry a shiny, silver-colored Blade-Glove, the Umouji Clan's special weapon. In one smooth motion, Daun can jab his hands into these gloves and be battle-ready. Daun walks around on black sandals, but never wears anything around his hands. That could interfere with the smooth way gesture he puts his Blade-Gloves on with, which could prove deadly in the heat of combat.

A notable feature is Daun's travelling bag. The gigantic, brown satchel is roughly two feet wide and 4 feet tall and provides space for a large number of goods. Daun carries it around while travelling to be capable of taking every interesting object along with him, which is his habit.

History: Daun was born to a regular family in the Umouji Clan. Quickly followed by his younger brother, Nozoku, he spent his early years in a social and loving environment. Nonetheless, he grew up to be a rather nasty little fellow, the sort that steals cookies and lies about it. Despite having quite some ambitions in being a shinobi, Daun got along with only a few of his relatives. The only person he managed to actually bond with was his little brother, who became some sort of his partner in crime. His reluctance to interact with other children of his age caused Daun's parents great worries which they sought to compensate by making the boy happy with their teachings. At a quite young age, Daun had already learned some of the important basics of his clan.

Daun did quite well at the academy. Despite not getting along with most peers to well, his grades were sufficient and he went through his academy period with relative ease. His only flaw appeared to be his physical strength, as he seemed well-rounded on every other area of Ninjutsu. Kenjutsu, Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu and regular Ninjutsu, young Daun seemed to be interested in all of them. His small brain incapable of learning all of them at once however, his parents decided to limit him to his clans Kenjutsu before letting him have his own ways.

Currently 13 years old, Daun has just graudated from the academy. Aside from the basic academy techniques, he also managed to learn himself a Ninjutsu technique and was taught how to properly use his Kekkai Genkai in battle. Aside from training, Daun seems to spend a large part of his day collecting random items. He may seem like a promising shinobi, but is still shrouded in a lot of mystery.

Other: Daun has a quirk which causes his left eye to close and twitch every now and then. It gives him a constant nervous impression.
