Iwa Introductions

The sun was just starting to shine its light over the mountains peaks; the clouds reatreating, as if they were chasing night sky as it left. The air was brisk and the birds were begining to welcome the morning with their songs.

Enjin's eyes would open, as the morning gently woke him up, he rubbed them and let out a long yawn, "Eeeaaawwh.". He sat up, his eyes closed after rubbing them, "Food..." he mumbled below his breath as he went to stand up.

"Aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

Only he didnt stand up, instead he would plumit straight down. A thump could be heard for quite a distance as he hit the ground, "Owie!" he whined a little. 'Guess I fell asleep in the trees... again.' he thought to himself as he held the part of his tail that felt sprained. He went to stand up, on real grounding this time. Coming to his feet his monkey ears twitched, picking up the sound of something in the distance.

Yuri was up already as she loved early mornings. She walked through the village in the morning heading out to the outskirts of the village. She was eager for a team meeting later. She walked near the woods as looked up into the sky, a smile lighting up her face as the warm rays of the sun began to shine down on the village. She was preoccupied by her thoughts as she continued to walk. She made her way along the roads and reached the spot where she had set up her own memorial for her brother up. It was where the incident had happened all those years ago. It was a habit of hers to visit it and sit there, talking to her brother, telling him of all the things she was doing. She smiled to herself as she sat down and began talking to her brother.

Enjin started to move toward the sound. He moved the way he usualy moved, on all fours, jumping off of tree trunks one after another as he made his way. As he zeroed in on his destination he calmed himself down. Closer still, he stood up as he saw a girl who seemed to be reflecting.

The shirtles boy looked at himself, 'Not exactly descent.' he thought. He tucked his long tail into his pants and shook his head as if it would fix his hair and hide his ears. He brushed himself of and walked toward the girl, stoping far enough away to hopefuly not startle her as he spoke, "Hello." he used the most polite tone a goof like himself could. "I'm Enjin, am I disturbing you?", he bowed politely.

Yuri had been just seeming to chat away to herself, even though she was really "talking" to her brother. She wasn't paying attention to anything else around her and barely noticed when the boy had started talking to her. She looked his way though and said a soft "Oh." Though she wasn't really startled by his sudden appearance, she was just realizing there was someone there. She finally registered what he was saying, finally getting out of her own little world that she had been in. "Ah, no! You're not bothering me at all." She said with a kind smile lighting up her face. "Oh. My name's Yuri, nice to meet you Enjin." She added on to her statement.

Enjin's face gave a big smile, grining from ear to ear he said, "Nice to meet you aswell." He went down on all fours again and walked a little closer. "I'm a genin here, how 'bout yourself?" he wasnt realy sure if he trulywasn't bothering her, or if she was just being polite but he continued to converse.

Even though she had been having her time with her brother, she didn't mind it all that much. She did find it strange how the boy had gotten down on all fours and walked over. But she didn't ask. "I'm a genin too. Maybe we're on the same team."

Already low to the ground Enjin went to lean back, using his tail for support; instead what happened was he rolled back and hit his head on the ground... Enjin had developed a hard head over the years...

"I forgot my tail was hidden.." he growned to himself as he flailed back to a standing position. "Um, oh yeah. I'm onnnnn." he held the word for a second as he looked at his palm for the answer. "Looks like team one!" he reported proudly. As he awaited her responce, he then rubbed the spot on his head that had been bonked twice that morning, two more and it would be his record.

Yuri's face brightened with a smile. "Oh! I'm on Team one, too!" She watches as he rubs his head where he hit him head. "Are you okay?" She asks, concerned. "That seems like it hurt."
