Testing Katsumi. Training field 27

Daichi sighed as he knelt down to talk to Katsumi. "I'm going to see if I can get you transfered to my sister's team and switch you out with a student of hers. I don't see the use of going full out on a genin who barely knows how to use a blade. The only thing that accomplishes is to scare the genin into not using their full potential. Katsumi, I want you to meet me at the Hokage's office later on today. I need to have a talk with the Hokage and you may need to be there." He sighed and disappeared, leaving Katsumi confused and upset.

Katsumi fell to the ground. "Why does this always happen to me? Why does everyone treat me like I am such a demon?" The Kyuubi smiled from behind its cage. "It's because of me. I know what they are thinking. They just want you dead. You carry the one thing that can wipe them all out. They fear and hate you. Understand?" "You don't know what you are talking about. Daichi-san loves me, and so does my sister. It's only those damn Hyuuga's and Uchiha's who hate me. We just need to show them that I will be the savior. An angel instead of a demon." She nodded.

Makai was still in the area whistling as he appeared on a rock, "You know if you think like that you will release the kyuubi. And the point i was trying to teach you was to not fear death in the face of battle." he yawned and got up and walked over to her, 'Get on your feet Katsumi and take your blade." Makai had a wooden blade in his hand, 'I'll show you a few basic stances."

Katsumi stood up and grabbed the sword from her back. "I know not to fear death. I just don't understand why those that are supposed to be friendly with me wish death upon me." She sighed and held her sword tightly. "I am ready."

He looked at her and walked around her holding the wooden sword, 'But as a Shinobi have you accepted the fact that you will have to kill? I don't suger coat things you will; have to kill at some stage. Whether it be man, woman or child. You kill regardless the orders." He stood beside her. His legs slightly apart his blade held in front of him with two hands. The sword directly in front of him, "Take the stance i am in."

She nodded as she mimicked the stance that Makai was in. "I know that I have to kill those that stand in my way or risk harm to the village. I also know that comrads arn't supposed to be trying to kill each other. Yet, the Uchiha and Hyuuga clans seem to have it out for me." She sighed as she held the stance. "Like this, Makai-sama?"

Makai dropped his stance and looked over her. His sword moved to her elft leg and he gently pushed it in more towards her other. 'BEnd your arms down more." He looked at the young Kyuubi Jinchuuriki, "also its sensei not Sama."

She nodded as she dropped her arms slightly. "Yes, Makai-sensei. So like this?" She smiled and tried to keep herself calm as the Kyuubi tried to manipulate her. "He is a Hyuuga. Just look at the eyes. You can't trust him. As soon as you turn your back, he will try to kill you. She simply sighed and yelled "SHUT UP!" at the Kyuubi.

Makai looked at Katsum knowing something was off, 'Yes thats good now hold the stance for a few moments." he pushed chakra into his eyes activating his byakugan., he looked at her chakra system and frowned, "I can tell your angry. Is it your host?" he deactivated his byakugan, 'What did he or she say?"

Katsumi sighed and held the stance. "She said that you are a Hyuuga and that you can't be trusted. That you will kill me as soon as I turn my back." "Just wait. He will do it. Mark my words. And when he does, I will be your only help. I will be able to save you and I will be your only lifeline. All others will desert you." The Kyuubi smirked.

Makai stared with a bored expression, "Listen up Fox im only half Hyuuga and i have nothing to do with the Hyuuga besides their techniques and bloodline." He activated his byakugan looking at her chakra system. He deactivated his Byakugan once more, "move your arms up and dwon bringing your sword down with a downward swing. make sure your sword is straight."

Katsumi performs the sword technique with some success. "How was that sensei?" She smirked as she snarled at the Kyuubi. "See. Told you so." "Just wait my dear. Just wait..." The Kyuubi smirked, believing she would fall to him.

Makai cracked a short smile before it vanished. He stood beside her and held a wooden sword in his hands in the same position. he took a step forward and swung down with both hands then stepped back, "Now follow up with what i did." he held the wooden sword by his side as he watched his student carefullly.

She follows what Makai did. "How was that, Makai-sensei?" She smiled and thought a bit. "Can you teach me some ninjutsu? I want to know lots so that my mom can be right about me." She smiled. "Plus if I master the Kyuubi's chakra then I can beat all else with ease." She smirked, showing off her proud ego.

Makai raised a hand and flicked her in the forehead after he had finished listening to her. he stared at her with a cold look, "Its that kind of ego that will get you killed. Besides a Ninja is not known for how many Ninjutsu he or she knows its how he or she uses them. There are also Ninja out their that are great without ninjutsu. And even if you have the Kyuubi's chakra their will always be someone stornger than you. Your human when you use kyuubi's chakra your not using its fullest. From only one tenth power worth for each tail."

"That hurt!" She glared coldly for a few seconds. She then smirked and stuck her tongue out at Makai. "Once I master the Kyuubi, then the only power greater then mine would be a ten tail jinchuuriki or a bijuu without a host. The first is never going to happen and the latter, well I'll have a team to help me out in that situation." She smiled and chuckled. He is right. You do have a massive ego. Can't blame you for it since I'm the one sealed in you. The Kyuubi even smirked with that remark.

His eye twitched rapidly at the girl. He shut his eyes and began to form handseals, 'Since you seem content on fighting me i will give you an example of how easy it is to disarm a jinchuuriki. Don't worry i will release the seal once i am finished. So please don't think badly of me im just setting an example." Purple flames engulfed each of his fingers the Kanji for the elements of 'fire', 'wind', 'water', 'earth' and 'lightning' appeared on each finger, " Gogyō Fūin (Five Elements Seal)!"

Makai appeared in front of Kasumi and struck her were her seal for the kyuubiu would be placed. he had been placed with the two Jinchuuriki for a particular reason. The odd array of seals engraved themselves around the Kyuubi's seal completely sealing off the beasts chakra, messing up Katsumi's chakra control, sealing away her regenerated abilities, extra chakra and stamina off and lastly her connection to the beast.

Makai looked at Katsumi as he dusted himself off before performing more seals, " Gogyō Kaiin (five Elements Unseal)!" Green flames engulfed each of his fingers the Kanji for the elements of 'fire', 'wind', 'water', 'earth' and 'lightning' appeared on each finger,. He appeared in front of her and struck the seals he had just placed on removing them from her seal letting the Kyuubi;s abilities and connection return to her, "Like i said your Ego is what will get you killed."

Katsumi say the seal and tried to back away from it. As soon as Makai hit her, severe pain shot through every part of Katsumi's body. "Wh-what are y-you doing to me?!" She screamed as her every muscle ached and every limb screamed with pain.

A girl appeared nearby in a chunin jacket and ninja pants. Obviously hearing the scream brought her close. "What did you do to my sister?!" The girl glared as Makai released the seal.

Makai turned to the chunin as she appeared having already sensed her, "Just teaching your sister how easy it is for someone to disarm a Jinchuuriki. She's arrogant but i dexpected as much as most genin often are. Im just showing her the real world and if you have a problem with that deal with it. She's a Shinobi and im her teaching. Im just showing her situations she could get herself into." The tall Jounin stared down at the Chunin his eyes slowly shifting into the Byakugan as the viens around his eyes bulged.

The girl glared at Makai. "You are using a fuuinjutsu on a jinchuuriki. The Hokage would have your head if (s)he knew about this. Especially using an odd number on top of an even number. You should know that causes havek with the jinchuuriki's body." She glared at him. "I knew that Daichi should have been left in charge of this squad. I don't know why they decided to keep him as Katsumi's guardian and not her sensei."

Katsumi collapses to her knees. "That felt as if my body was being ripped apart. Why would he do that to me? Isn't he supposed to protect me?" The Kyuubi merely smiled in its cage. "Told you." It's laughter echoing inside her.

Makai stared at her with a bored expression, "YOu should know the Hokage ordered me to show her what would happen if an odd number of seals was placed over her seal. So Chunin do not talk up at me. I do know what i am doing. And you are just doing nothing but babing her! An enemy won't care if its an odd number of seals, they will use what they have to disarm her regardless." Makai had his arms folded as his byakugan deactivated, 'I was assigned for two reasons. One of my Genin is a Hyuuga which i can train and two i have two jinchuuriki and i specialise in Fuuinjutsu. So it is easy for me to disarm them if they go out of control."

The girl merely sighed. [color=pink]"If the Kyuubi is released, I will kill you. You should know that Katsumi is vulnerable and will let the Kyuubi take over if she thinks it will protect herself and the village. And she will allow the Kyuubi full control and break the seal herself. I know my sister and I know what she will do." She shook her head. "Katsumi, I will be with Daichi-san. Please come find us when you are done here. She disappeared as Katsumi nodded.

Katsumi sighed as she looked within herself. "Kyuubi, why do you attack everything? Why is it that you try to destroy all around you and manipulate people to your thoughts?" The Kyuubi merely smirked, knowing that it had won.

Makai stared at te girl with a bored expression as she spoke, ""Then i must say that her mind is weak if she will so easiloy allow the beast control. The beasts power is its own not hers. It is protecting the village not her. A shinobi protects the village with her or his own two hands." He had his arms folded and his eyes shut as the girl left. He opened one eye and stared at Katsumi, "Oi Brat i'm going to make a rule with you know using that beasts power unless i say so." He slowly approached her towering over her, "After all i doub tyou want to be using the Kyuubi's power all your life."

Katsumi glared at Makai. "No way! A good shinobi uses everything at their disposal to protect their village. For me, it is the Kyuubi. I am as much a part of it as it is of me until the day I die or until it is taken out of me. I will master it's powers and use it's chakra as my own. BELIEVE IT!" (Damn you Naruto!!) She snarled knowing that Daichi and her sister, as well as the Hokage would agree with her.

Makai stared at her with a bored expression. he slowly sat down on a stump, "Allow me to inform you Katsumi the kyuubi's chakra every time you use it the chakra cuts your life span every time you use it. When you use it once you have deactivated your cloak it will leave you defenceless even if you do master it. The Kyuubi is the strongest of the bijuu and once you are unable to fight that is when you will be struck down. Im not saying not to use the foxes chakra but as a last resort thats what it is a double edged sword. You are correct in saying a good Shinobi uses everything at their disposal but think of this if you go out of control you everyone you see will be an enemy to you."

Makai sighed again for the millionth time today, "My job is to help you become a better shinobi. Just because you have a demon you think your the greatest. THeir are thousands of shinobi out their whom have used nothing but hard work to get where they are. I will be training you to not rely on the fox to use your own powers." He slowly folded his arms as he looked at her.

Katsumi glared. "I have done much research on the Bijuu and their hosts. I know that only until you master it, is it a double edge. Once you master it, the Bijuu's chakra is no longer completely attached to the Bijuu. It is separated into a separate cavity unless the host and the Bijuu have come to peaceful terms." She snarled angrily. "I know what I am doing in terms of the Kyuubi. I know not to rely on it too often. I know to learn my own talents and to master my own way of fighting."
